    Hey guys im new here :) as i stated in my introduction i mentioned how i lost over 2 stone by doing the Paul Mckenna i can make you thin plan. But my willpower has dropped so it doesnt work any more :( Im usually successful with special k, i do it for 2 weeks and can drop about 5lbs each week...

    Anyone ever been to a Step Aerobics class?

    omg i went to a step class once and my legs/thighs were in pain for over a week! it totally worked but i couldnt bear to make my legs in pain again its really fun and if you can do it then go for it :D
