    try theasiancookshop.co.uk ive never used them but the price's seems reasonable for 100g of asafetida & 100g of fenugreek its £1.85 then £2.99 delivery where abouts in the country are you? aslong as your not mega rural you'll probably have an asian supermarket somewhere near.

    yeah ive been counting most of the sauce's as 1 syn per tbs & the paste as 1.5 syn, there isnt any nutritional info on them its a small company in cumbria but cant get enough of the stuff its too nice!!

    Hi all just wondering if anyone else has tried any Mr Vikkis stuff? they do spicey sauces,paste,chutneys ect. I love the stuff but not sure on the syn value of some of the things??

    dont really do any exercise just walking the dog. for your EE plan if you have an old plate it may be worth using a ceramic pen to section a 3rd of the plate off then you can see how much veg/salad you need/. if you're like me & you like a snack it may be worth your while trying a few soup...

    Im old school SW started before EE was an option lost 4st the 1st time i did it and on about 3st this time so ive found it hard to get my head round EE more for the snacks than anything, get bored or fruit so like to have 2 a/b's to use as snacks, plus my other half isnt a bit meat eater either.
