    Thanks Pete, all thoughts and experiences are really helpful. I'm going to see how I go this week and if I lose then I'm going to try and go for my 3 1/2 stone as it will put me smack in the middle of a healthy BMI, I'll have got another shiny and certificate and I'll be in the next stone...

    Well this week was a maintain so didn't really help! I'm gonna see what next weeks brings but I am 95% sure that I'm going to lower target and lose another 3lb as I'm almost there anyway! Got myself the little book of lunches as a treat as I always struggle with them :)

    Extra Easy What method do people use for counting their Syns?

    I think it's good for people to find what works best for them as everyone is different. I did count them over a week once but I am worried if I did it every week then I'd lose control! I tend to stick to 10-15 every day and I do make a note so I know how many "spares" I have in case of emergency!

    What a great idea! I've been doing SW for almost four months and other than a few small blips (a very stressful day and Xmas!) I'm pretty much 100%. So far 100% on board for January so fingers crossed the results keep coming in!

    Extra Easy Time to take off the training wheels? No diary?

    I've been doing SW for almost 4 months and I still do a food diary. I used to use a notepad but I just use the online food diary now via the mobile site on my phone as I'm lazy and used to keep forgetting my notepad! Find what works for you - I think it helps to keep me focused personally :)
