    I think weight loss def slows, even stalls, on a regular basis due to exercise. On 600cals a day, doing 10-13mins cardio & 25mins TRX or Pilates reformer 4xweekly. I can't possibly not lose fat! But the scales stay the same or barely shift for ages, then they'll have a sudden drop one week...

    Massive fan of dark chilli chocolate (mmmm) so last night had blanket, sofa, favourite TV show and a mug of the chocolate shake made up with hot water, sweetener & a little chilli powder. Was v good on a cold night!

    Hi - I think 2st per month would not be healthy (half a stone per week, every week!) and not realistic on this diet. Most people seem to even out at around 14-16lbs, once the initial big loss is done. Exante does save me money but is pricey if you still have to shop for others on top of that...

    Doing 10mins of cardio (cross trainer) + 20-30 mins of core, resistance & stretching 4 times a week. Much more cardio makes me hungry, will wait till I'm eating normally again before I up it.
