Can anybody tell me, when the frozen fruit defrosts and goes a but mushy with juices does that still count as free or synned :confused:

I have just made this kebab for dinner and the whole family loved it. It was a bit dry so will probably not cook it for so long next time. The kids are asking when they can have it again. Success :) I also made the free BBQ sauce. Not sure it tasted like BBQ but everyone loved it
