    Ahh I just feel rather alone with it all, I'm in a Facebook group but you get jobsworth saying "you can't talk about that it's collusion" and you end up feel more alone hehe. I keep going back to it though so I can't dislike it that much.

    Like you I'm self-conscious of going places alone so sometimes I put off going swimming because I have no one to go with :/ really need to get over that! I too use MFP but am eating 1450 a day so I've got somewhere to drop to if I plateau.

    A couple of free books I read this year were by Rosen Trevithick. Her's seem to cycle between being free and having slight charges but I definitely recommend them for a short story read :)

    At 1200 its best to be over otherwise you risk going into starvation mode. I'm trying 1450 so I have room to be under ... But that rarely happens :D

    I'm a bit confused about this, I just used a calculator and took all my measurements and said I was 28% which was acceptable, but I rather think I'm quite wobbly and fat and should be in the obese category :S

    I think the problem of doing your own low calorie diet is that you go into starvation mode so your body keeps a hold of everything you eat. Good luck for CD !
