    Started Exante properly on Wednesday (I tried to on Monday but the porridge made me vomit all morning and turned in to a migraine!) at 16st 13lbs... Weighed myself this morning and I'm 16st 1lb! It's definitely given me the motivation to carry on, I'm so happy with that loss!

    I use half a pint of water and 7-8 ice cubes for my shakes. Makes roughly a pint then and is very filling and still doesn't lose it's taste. The soups I use a hand whisk and add water gradually so it doesn't get too thin, so depending on which soup I have, depends on how much water I put in

    Loads more! I used to mix them all with a pint of water as I found them too sickly with anything less. I bought a blender last week so now I mix it with half a pint of water and 7 or 8 ice cubes. It all just fits in my bigger than a pint glass, still tasty, thick and lasts much longer :)
