Just Add Marks and spencers sweet chilli chicken (chilled) perfect to throw in a salad or in pasta, as i do most days at work! 3 packets for £6 or £2.49 each...LUSH! not sure on the others though think they have syns! x

Hey, according to the app it says basic fish and chip shops standard 227g portion is 17.5 syns and a large portion is 26 syns lol but you'd never know the exact syns! i avoid the chip shop like the plague haha x

Yes it is allowed lol pretty much anything is within your syns...i usually go for vodka (2.5 syns for 25ml) and diet coke/lemonade, Jack daniels is 3 syns for 25ml...try to avoid alchopops like smirnoff ice, wkd etc they're quite high! x

I usually take a curly wurly and a low syn bag of crisps hoops and crosses 4.5 or popchips are 5, then just buy a diet coke when im in there! x

PopChips are my saviour! I'm the same as you! crisps are my downfall, they are amazing...not baked or fried you get quite a lot as well to satisfy the craving! 5 syns per bag, i think some are 4.5 but just use the 20 cal = 1 syn! Enjoy :) x

I felt so naughty yesterday but I stayed within my syns, I had a really bad chocolate craving, all I had was a crunchie or a big bar of dairy milk at home....Looked at the dairy milk, 3 squares = 80 calories, I had 10 syns left so broke up 6 squares of it and put it in a muller light toffee...

The WW cumberland sausages were amazing last night really wasnt expecting it! sprayed them with a bit of fry light and put them in the oven on a low, had them with brocolli mushy peas sweetcorn and some gravy. LOVELY!!! :D
