I think it's probably a little unrealistic as (dare I say it) once you start getting into the skinnier stones...

    Well I promise you if you do it properly it WILL work :) . I found it quite easy once I found substitutes for what I already ate. If there's anything that you eat all the time find a lower pp substitute - that's the best advice I ever got from ww :) You'll find some great suggestions on here :)

    I absolutely LOVE smoked salmon! IMO Nicest way to have it is to toss it in plain cooked pasta after pasta is off the heat and add a little olive oil or cream.     That's brilliant. Exercise really is sooo key to weight loss and you're proof of that. The more you do, the more that metabolism kicks on so you can eat more on it. If I go over my points I tend to gain but that's coz I do so little exercise.

    Ok ladies.... It is 17 weeks to Easter 2013 from this coming Sunday. I have 21.5lbs to lose by then so that works out at about 1.3lbs a week. Gonna be very tough! I'm going to plan to lose 2lbs from now until Christmas week - including this week until 21st Dec. So that would take me down 8lbs...

    I know what you mean. I suppose probably easier for me to say because I was (once upon a time :p ) at my goal weight and was very confident in my body then so I know that's where I want to be again. Might take a bit more trial and error if you have not been that low before.

    You should set your goals for what size you want to be and is in your healthy range....not what you think is realistic. You don't have to be in any rush to get there buy there is no reason at all that you can't do it over the course of a few months or a year or two :)
