    CC from today and advice needed

    Its trial and error but the main thing is sticking to what you're allowing yourself to have, if you're eating less than you burn off you're going to lose weight, I eat little throughout the day but have a decent sized meal in the evening and that seems to work for me! Good luck

    Hey everyone, newbie here...

    How did the first week go? I'm on my 14th day of calorie counting, lost 9 the first week and 1 the second... I exercised less, drank less water, and forgot to drink green tea most days but I have rigidly stuck to my calorie allowance. So apparently these things make a huge difference!

    What to do?

    Hello there, I think when someone says that last line they are at their lowest, I feel exactly the same, instead of thinking a diet is a bad thing, and your being restrictive, see it as a positive, everyday you stick to your calories you're a day closer to throwing some clothes on that feel good...
