I'd definitely recommend digital then - it measures down to the gram. Mine, you just put your pot on it, press a button, and it resets it to zero without the faff of turning a dial. :)

I've just started a new antipsychotic that is known to have appetite suppressing effects. It would be great but I'm in recovery from an eating disorder, so all the old thoughts and urges are coming back because I am in fact forgetting to eat!

Didn't mean to disappear - I'm really quite poorly right now so am trying to sleep as much as possible! I didn't have any counselling or anything before or after my surgery. I think that's got a lot to do with it.

It was the direct cause of the eating disorder I developed shortly after the op, which lasted over two years and which I believe to be the reason for my current infertility. :/

My dress was only £200, designed and made just for me by a dressmaker friend. We only had about 55 guests though. :)

It is perfectly possible to be 'overweight' or 'obese' and still be healthy. As many have said, perhaps this larger consultant set a target which she knew was healthy for her, even if that target was still heavy enough to provoke the distaste from others that is so apparent here.
