    Christmas and CD?

    I will be doing the 1000 plan the week before and the week after Christmas but Christmas day will be off plan. I wouldn't go from SS to eating a Christmas dinner because you will feel yucky, best to work up the plans.

    Sorry I didn't mean it to sound like I thought you where trying to not delcare anything, just some people don't know that cash income like that has to be declared. I think you need to do a couple of things, talk to your CDC and see if they will give you an idea of the demand in the area so...

    You should always declare what you earn. The best thing to do if fine out what you are allowed to do on the benefit you are on. Some allow you to work upto 16 hours a week without you loosing any benefit.

    In what body-part order have you noticed losing weight the most?

    I couldn't say, I dont see much difference but according to my family its my shoulders too, I thought it was weird when they said it as I never thought of shoulders as somewhere carrying a lot of fat. I noticed it on my bum and wrists but nowhere else.

    You can start once you are in week 3 but take it easy to begin with and build up slowly. The most important thing is to remember to listen to your body and stop if it tells you to. Its a good idea to havfe a half a pack before you go and up your water intake.

    some of the shake contain lactose though don't they? On SS you shouldn't have milk. On SS+ you can.

    stock cubes are really high in salt so should be avoided. You can have marigold boullion (sp) low salt version so may be you could try adding that instead of having it as a drink.

    The pizza would have knocked you out anyway wouldn't it? Are you doing SS+? Because on that you can have chicken/turkey, tuna, cottage cheese, white fish and green veggies from the book. You need to have 3 packets aswell else you wont be getting the goodness that you need.

    Thinking about 810

    I don't think you can have quorn sausages on 810 as they aren't just quorn. It has to be the plain stuff, mince or pretend chicken I think. If you BMI is already 24 then you can't do SS+ so 810 would be a good place for you to be.

    Salt makes you retain water doesn't it? I never add salt anyway to food as im usually cooking for everyone and don't want salt in the little ones food. I don't think you can mix food and milk because with the milk SS+ you have 4 packets and the food one 3 so how many packets would you have?

    You can have as many as you want, there is no limit, although upping the water if you are having tetras is a gd idea as they have less water than powder shakes.
