    I think if you only have one it's a 'SS' as it's less calories etc. But you can definitely have 2 if you want :-) (and then it counts as a 'F' because you get more fibre! Win either way :-)

    Good luck :-) stick to the plan 100% and you will definitely lose weight. I'm recovering from ME so can't really exercise much and I'm still losing weight. So don't stress too much if you can't do then10k steps every day!! :-)

    Oh thanks! :-) Good to know I guessed right! I had a delicious dinner with 2 LM sausages, smash and a dollop of baked beans and also mushy peas!! Oh and lots of veg. Yummy and very filling!!
