    A piece of fruit counts as super free though remember! So if you are having a lunch just don't go mad with the portion size and have an apple or some berries and yoghurt. The point of the super free is to help fill you up. X

    Yes it was pretty good and would be ideal to take for lunch at work - would reheat well. i just had ackee and salt fish (a Jamaican classic) that I made slimming world friendly and had with some rice. Forgot to take a picture before I scoffed it though! x
