Just had the most gorgeous scrambled egg for brekkie, it was yum.

I think this plan is all about tweaking it and customising it to what works for you, that what I like about it, it's flexible. In the new book it says diet Pepsi etc is fine to have has part of the fluid you drink. I'm only having about 4 glasses at the very most anyway, and that's not everyday...
Day 4 went really well. Ive actually felt energised and full of life today. No headaches, no feeling dizzy, sick or knackered. Mood lifted and stable instead of up and down. Still 3rd pink ketosis too. This is the best I've felt in ages and my appetite is not raging either :)

Indian food is my favourite, but up here they're aren't very experimental for veggies...it's either mushroom or mixed veg. I'd love to try an authentic Indian curry made with quorn in a proper Indian restaurant.

Agreed!..the only way I would get a referral back to the support services again is if I tell them I'm suicidal or have attempted suicide or deemed a risk. Yet my initial referral was done by my doctor so I could be referred for counselling...it's back to front and a load of BS..

Or you could use Alpro unsweetened almond soya milk for a whopping 950ml for a healthy extra - no difference in taste you just get more - plus I think it's cheaper :) x

I always have 105 a week that equates to 15 a day. I can have had anything upto 80 syns by Sunday night from the Friday. The other 25 syns are used for ketchup and hot choc etc maybe crisps or a curly wurly. I always eat light the day before W.I, and make sure all my syns are used by Wednesday...
I always smash my syns every weekend coz weigh in is on Friday morning. So I have the majority of my treats at the weekend. Normally from Monday-Thursday I'm strict...so it's one extreme to another lol :)
Lazy day today. Did consider walking into town to pick up some fruit and veg and get some body magic in but Mother Nature has paid a visit with a vengeance so I'm staying at home out of the way of civilisation ;)

We are severely lacking in veggie pubs/cafes/restaurants up here :( we did have one cafe called the cauldron nice veggie/vegan food, sold fragrant oils and white magic stuff all a bit over the top and pricey for a little pie eating town like Wigan and that eventually closed obviously the demand...
I'm definitely going to keep some of my BIG knickers and jeans just to get out now and again has a reminder of why I lost weight in the first place.
But the first thing I'm going to treat myself to when I'm at target is a pair of skinny jeans and a pair of 40 hole black Doc Martins with roses...

Brunch: coffee with unsweetened soya milk which was gorgeous so making the switch fully (hexA) 2 fry-lighted eggs and baked beans on 2 wholemeal toasts (hexB) with 2 laughing cow cheese (half a hexA) and marmite.
Dinner: 3 Quorn sausages (3 syns) with potatoes...
