I done exante on and off for 5 months and lost 2.5 stone....I have now gone on to slimming world and have lost 7lbs in my first 2 weeks...vlcd are good for a quick fix but left me feeling completely restricted with not being able to surround myself by people eating or even nights out. Slimming...

I'm sure we will all do well...to get over my sweet craving I eat a lot of banana and custard mullerlights and grapes! Or a frozen curly wurly for 6 syns - it takes ages to eat when frozen so even better!!

Good luck on your weight loss, how much do you have to lose? I had my second weigh in tonight and lost 3lb, half a stone in 2 weeks...as I had done a shake diet before slimming world I am happy with the way it's coming off and still being able to eat so much :)

Salmon with Lemon and dill wrapped in light puff pastry - 4 syns Sweet potato mash, pak choi and asparagus - stuffed!

2 x wholebread 400g HEB Spaghetti hoops and sweet corn and chopped up babybel light x 3 HEA

Boiled rice, peas, sweet corn, red onion, ham, boiled egg and soy sauce - filling and all free

I lost 2 and a half stone but have not done it for 6 weeks and put half a stone bank on as I have been to weddings, on holiday and eating and drinking whatever I fancy. Back on it as of today, first target is a stone off then ill go from there!

I've been doing Exante on and off since January and have just stuck to the shakes...chocolate are my favourite, I just literally down them daily. The bars I found horrid, after a few bites I couldn't force anymore down my throat! Just remember nothing is going to taste amazing but if you stick...

Ahh thanks for the carbonara update I don't think I'll be ordering any! I'm in ipswich and the snow isn't too bad but am suppose to be moving house in Saturday so hope it doesn't get worse, apparently it will though :( 2nd week way in tomorrow morning, am nervous! Good going everyone x

Weigh day and I'm a little disappointed.. Lost 6lbs and stuck to it 100% The only thing I think that could have slowed it down is I'm due TOTM soon? Any suggestions, am I doing anything wrong??

Day 6 complete Feeling really good today, been busy at work at home so not much time to think about food. Finding the feeling of not being hungry really bizarre but good! Scales are in boot of the car to stop me weighing myself..looking forward to Thursday to see how I've done :)

Day 5 done!

Is acne something you have suffered from before at all? I'm 26 and in the past two months my skin has been hell...no change in diet/pill etc. the doctor prescribed me duac cream and has worked wonders...

Day 5 is nearly over. All shakes have been drunk. Feeling ok, peed on a ketostix and shows I'm in ketosis, just have to resist weighing myself. I'm actually tempted to put my scales in the boot of my car until WI day! So hard having someone at work sitting right next to me eating onion ring...

Ahh woke up and my mouth feels horrible :( it's getting worse so fingers crossed I'm in ketosis..am waiting for a delivery of ketostixs so hopefully they will arrive today. Lets see if I can resist standing on the scales before work! Have a good day everyone!

I have just ordered a bumper pack of shakes and bars to try and shed some weight. I've tried CD before and only lasted a week. Any advice is more than welcome!
