    Anyone know how many syns in a small bag (from a 15 multipack)? I bought them to give out at a meeting, which was then cancelled, so stuck with them and wondered if they're an acceptable snack?? Says pack contains 131 calories, think it weighs 26 or 28 g Thanks

    chilli con carne

    Might give this a go seeing as Schwartz have discontinued their 'flavourful' range Grrrrrrr Why do they always do that. You find something you really like and it's either discontinued, or it arrives with 'new and improved' on the packet and it tastes like c**p!!!!

    In the freezer

    No help with green days, but when I buy sausages (Sainsbuty's BGTY Cumberland) I make one pack into tiny meatballs then freeze them ready to be cooked from frozen in a nice tomato sauce. I make each sausage into 4 tiny meatballs.

    Meals for a very tight budget...

    Some of the veg in our local asian shops is a bit past it's best but often some great bargains to be had. Usually on onions and potatoes. I buy a sack of each and then split them with 2 girls at work. Works out cheaper for all of us than buying in the supermarket.

    I love Sainsbury's Be Good To Yourself Cumberland Sausage. only 1/2 syn each. Great with a fry up and I've also used them to make scotch eggs and mini meatballs (4 meatballs out of each sausage). £1.99 for a pack of 8

    My Hubs is doing SW by default - he gets the same thing I'm feeding myself. When I did SW 3 years ago, he lost more than I did!! I did 4.5st and he was nearer 5!
