Anyone know how many syns in a small bag (from a 15 multipack)? I bought them to give out at a meeting, which was then cancelled, so stuck with them and wondered if they're an acceptable snack?? Says pack contains 131 calories, think it weighs 26 or 28 g Thanks

Might give this a go seeing as Schwartz have discontinued their 'flavourful' range Grrrrrrr Why do they always do that. You find something you really like and it's either discontinued, or it arrives with 'new and improved' on the packet and it tastes like c**p!!!!

No help with green days, but when I buy sausages (Sainsbuty's BGTY Cumberland) I make one pack into tiny meatballs then freeze them ready to be cooked from frozen in a nice tomato sauce. I make each sausage into 4 tiny meatballs.

Some of the veg in our local asian shops is a bit past it's best but often some great bargains to be had. Usually on onions and potatoes. I buy a sack of each and then split them with 2 girls at work. Works out cheaper for all of us than buying in the supermarket.

My Hubs is doing SW by default - he gets the same thing I'm feeding myself. When I did SW 3 years ago, he lost more than I did!! I did 4.5st and he was nearer 5!

Anyone know the syn values for these. Thought I might be able to have one (or two?) with a cuppa at supper time. I find them really satisfying with their dark chocolate and oranginess....probably means they're completely unsuitable!!!!

Sorry, I meant I would simply not bother with the Freddo at all, I'd still have the porridge for breakfast!! I'll save my HEB for bread....I love bread, it's my downfall really.....that and the butter I put on it!!! That all stops next week though.

Oh well, I'll happily use it as 6 syns instead of a Freddo Frog in an evening until it's gone. Can't stand to throw stuff away unless absolutely necessary.

If any of you live near Bradford, take a trip to Pakeeza supermarket. The meat is good quality and quite cheap, and the canned/dried pulses are really competitive prices. I have a jar of Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Stir Fry Sauce. Does anyone know the syns for this. It's great with loads of veggies and noodles but I'm worried the syns might be really high. I usually make the jar last 3 meals. Thanks
