    I've just had a major blowout after a month on dukan and 12.5lbs loss. I had plateaued and was getting tired. So one day off and then I'm gonna do 3 days pp - fingers crossed!

    Thank u. I'm unsure really, I could do with losing 3-5 pounds In less than 3 weeks. This would have been easily possible on the dukan but it's almost like my body has got use to it and won't budge any further!

    Hi guys After a month on the dukan and a loss of 12.5lbs I am now stuck! Lol I'm considering doing something different ie this diet. Is it as simple as one day low calories and the next day more calories (as calculated on the website) or is there more to it?

    Thankyou. The muller yogurts are 120g so not very big but maybe they are stalling me. Still not lost anymore and it's annoying! Lol I'm not that keen on the natural yogurt. I was wondering if adding sweetener and some vanilla flavouring would work? I am still exercising but probably only 3-4...

    That's quite a good idea actually! I'd not thought about swapping my ratio around. I tend to do PVx1 day then PPx1 day. I'm quite new to this myself - only about a month. Desperately want to reach my target for 22nd feb as I'm off to Cuba!

    No sweets or gum. Will try keeping a diary although it won't be very exciting as I'm mainly eating the same foods! I'm very boring! Lol. Have realised I started omeprazole at the same as starting the dukan. Apparently this can cause upset tummy so maybe need to see my doctor again :0/

    Stick with it Diet girl :0) Have you already completed your attack phase? and how far into your cruise are you? I had this same problem but was advised that weight loss in the cruise often shows up in week two. This was the case for me and i'm now 8lbs down :0) Good luck xx

    Hi Guys This is my second day on Dukan Day 1 - weight 10st 4lbs Day 2 - weight 10st 5.5lbs! Go figure! I didnt break any rules and i excercised as suggested. I will continue with 5 day attack but hope I see an incy wincy result!:)
