    Hubby giving up. Gutted.

    Don't give up goose ! Your doing so well. I felt like that today after my rubbish loss this week but I'm not going to. Shame hubby has given up but don't let that put you off. I imagine all good covered in maggots and dog poo when I get cravings ! Weird but it works for me lol xx

    Insomia !!

    Hi :) I'm also the same. Lost 12lbs the first week and got weighed today and only 2lb :(((( its so disheartening. I've kept to it 100% too and was really upset. I'm drinking 3-4 litres a day mostly because I'm so thirsty all the time ! Maybe this is too much ?
