    Thank god for this post I no longer feel so bad for the awful smells that ommits from my body. Luckily my b/f doesnt live with me so he only has to suffer at wkends..although he did threaten to send me to the spare room on Saturday night :eek: Will definitely have to try the peppermint tea...

    Babybel burgers?

    Sounds yum will have to try these. I've added worchestershire sauce in the normal SW burgers that helps gel it all together instead of an egg. Skulldilocks you could make a batch of them minus the cheese & freeze until you need them. Then just de-frost & pop the cheese in b4 cooking :)

    I dont seem to go anywhere thse days without a bottle of water nearby. I have a 1/2 hour drive to & from work so try to drink 1/2 a litre on each journey. I take 1 1/2 litre bottle of water to work with me as well and make sure its empty before i leave at the end of the day along with 2-3 cups...

    I've found if i have a coffee & pint of water first thing then i don't feel like i need my 1st shake until about 11. i have shake no2 about 4 and then last 1 at 8 or 9ish. i found thats the best way to hold off the hunger pangs n the night time munchies

    Sounds like we all like the boxing & step. I'm trying to do 10 mins in the morning and then 30 mins at night. The boxing is great as a de-stress. i just imagine that im punching my boss!

    I use my wii fit for 10 mins in the morning (although it isnt such a good idea to try doing step when u first get up - i had problems with my co-ordination at 630 am! lol

    If you make the shakes into a mouse with hot water they come out like custard..almost gives u something to chew lol
