    Eating out

    I went to nandos for my lunch today. Wasn't too bad... Had 1/4 chicken with side salad and corn on cob. Came to about 250 cals on myfitnesspal. Not sure of carb content but not too high! And was yummmm! X

    I've been completely out of routine today and cannot get my head round preparing a healthy evening meal. I'm gonna have a take away. (Uh oh) tbh, I don't actually care! Haha. I will feel sooo bad after but I'll get on the ol' cross trainer tomorrow and have a say of shakes and hope for the best...

    Firmly back on track (ignoring that forrera rocher I had last night!) already down another 7lbs so if I can knock 2 more lbs by official weigh in on Monday ill be very happy! Currently at 12st9lbs lost 17lbs in 6 weeks which I'm well chuffed about!!

    Been to see my nana today, she was shocked to see I have a waist!! Didnt even have to encourage her into noticing I'd lost weight! Nana's are always the judgemental ones and she's tells it as it is, so nice to hear!! :)

    Disneyland was amazing!! I always forget how brilliant it is!! I was having bread rolls, ham butter etc for breakfast and not even caring!! Was good! Hopefully have a good week now to kick start it all again and keep me motivated! X

    My totm started yesterday, had a very naughty cheeseburger from McDonald's so a square of choccie is nothing!! I did rush off to the cross trainer for half hour though cos I felt so guilty.     So, have booked in to have a 'shrinking violet' body wrap next thurs along with a facial, shellac and a wax. Pamper day or what?! Just in time for Paris on the Sunday!! Wore a pair of jeans today for the first time in about a year. Amazing! X

    Mashed swede is also delicious and great alternative to potatoes. Yum yum, with a bit of pepper. I boil my cabbage and broccoli together and they taste lush like that. X

    Almost at the end of day 5. Time has gone fast! Started with vanilla cereal shake or breakfast, not too keen on vanilla flavour but it was bearable! Mac cheese for lunch, again not a fan of cheesy sauces but found this fine. Had tuna salad for supper with a boiled egg and a naughty half slice...

    Hi mashworth! Good luck with weight loss! My daughter is coming up to 6 month (on the 26th) and desperately trying to shift this baby weight! I put on just over 3 stone and now have thunder thighs, chunky arms and a baby pouch! We Dan do this!!! Xx

    It works fine on my iPhone but not an my iPad. It takes me to home usually but you can easily check if someone's responded to your post by clicking the button on bottom left with the dots and click on subscriptions. The short cuts are pretty quick especially once you get used to it xx

    Wow, that was a great loss. I'm at 13.12 now and aiming for 9.7, hoping then to maintain my weight at 10st. Do you do any sort of exercise as well? My boyf has said if I get to 10 st, he'll propose. Think he'll 'forget' he said it by the time I achieve it, haha! X

    Keeping busy isn't a problem as I have a 5 and a half month old, so there's always something to do between playing, feeding her and changing her bum! This diet is also helped by the fact that the food/shakes are tasty (well, so far!) Is it your first time on the diet? X
