    You could buy a vegetarian oyster sauce (1 syn per tbsp) or teriakyi (1.5 syns per tbsp) and add fresh ginger, chilli, garlic, and soy - all free. You can use the chilli, garlic etc in a jar if you can't get fresh. Much better for you and probably cheaper.

    I eat a lot of eggs...is this slowing down my weight loss? Even though they are free on EE surely there is some 'normal' limit due to their fat content? I might try cutting down next week to see if it helps. Anyone any info about this? I am an online member so have no group to ask. :confused:

    Syn usage

    I'm just finishing my 3rd week on EE. The first week I had between 9-13 syns everyday and lost 1.7kg, the last two weeks I have had less syns and lost 0.5 kg. I also eat lots of fruit and veg and have stuck rigidly to the plan so maybe it is the syns thing?
