    Well I have no excuse don't know why I can't stick to it, we did really well our first week, am back on it today for breakfast I had one of the chocolate bars with was too hard (I have braces)? so couldn't risk braking a bracket cottage pie for lunch x x

    Am terrible at dieting!!! Am so Hungary it was either the Pringles or the apple so I chose the apple only one of them little kiddie apples!

    It's really straight forward but I mix 75ml of milk with strawberry shake an put it in the fridge for half an hour it's just like angel delight x x

    Back on track today!!!!! Breakfast Lemon bar Then gym for an hour (my body hurts so bad) Then going getting some zero noodles for lunch with mushroom pasta Then tuna and broccoli for tea And am going to attempt making chocolate brownie with the crispy choc shake

    Thought I'd set some targets to get me a little more determination.... Get in to the 12's. (Done) Get into the 11's Get a healthy BMI 11st 10 Get into the 10's Get to 10 stone And we will see where we go from there:)

    Me 2 no cheating I feel much better today went to the gym with my brother my whole body hurts!!! I had strawberry shake for breakfast Mushroom pasta for lunch Cottage pie and cottage cheese for tea I measured my self and I've lost 11 inches:)

    Me 2 not been eating alot but not sticking to it, do you think if I had 2 protein and 2 packets that would be ok i don't want to get sick of the meals am starting to not enjoy them x

    First weight in lost 4pound I must admit am a little disappointed:( But I shall carry on ill get there in the end! 39.5pound to go.... Going for a run today, then joining the gym tomorrow....

    My official weigh in tomorrow, I know this goes against every rule but here's my confection..... Today I had spaghetti at about 12 then at about six I had half of a 12 inch pizza I felt I had to have something I enjoyed not it 2am I feel great and can't wait to get started on my packs again...

    Thanks I'll get researching, been trying to slowly introduce exercise yesterday I went all out and did a 4 mile run (some walking) but felt really good afterwards:) slim and save is going great so far so good:) The food is amazing didn't really like the shakes but today I mixed a strawberry one...

    Didn't really want my last pack today as I always eat to late so I mixed the strawberry shake with 75ml of skimmed milk and put it in the fridge for half an hour and it was amazing just like angel x

    struggling close to target?

    You can do it, my target weight was 9st 7, I got to 9st 10 and give in, 5 years later there I was 4 stone heavier at 13st 10 gutted!!!! I've lost some now thanks to slim and save!!! Any way morel of the story is stick with it, it will be well worth it. Good luck x x

    I had a late breakfast I had mushroom pasta and put 100g tuna in it, it was gorgeous and almost filling having chilli for lunch then at 9.30 when I get home am gonna have spaghetti and mushrooms lost another pound this morning need to stop weighing myself but I can't help it:) x x

    Hi am new on here and am in the same boat... I am a yoyo dieter about 5 years ago I was 9st 10 and at 5'8 I was slim and gradually gained weight and got to 13st 9.5:( I've lost a few pound and am 13st 1.5 at the minute but that took 9 months lol... My goal is to get to 10st that's 43.5 pound...
