    That's a stunning weight loss! I find doing a bit of exercise can help with feeling cold, or a hot bath.

    You can just have a week where you dont lose anything. My Lighter Life counsellor used to think the body could tell it was loosing too much weight so it filled the fat cells with water, but you do normally drop the following week. So just stick in there :)

    It's just a best before date, not a use before date, so your fine. I'm also having vanilla shakes which are out of date. I think they just guarantee the nutritional value while they are in date, but I think they would be fine for quite a while...
