    It was my second weigh day today and i've lost nothing even though i've been 100% :( I have been drinking 2 cups of bouillon since sunday so maybe i'm having too much salt? There is also salt in the chilli that i use to season my soup on a morning. That's all i can think of really :( Fed up :(

    Wahoo for feeling much less hungry the past 2 days, just about almost vanished (i think) But my musles are feeling weak, it's like i've been doing a big workout even typing right now is making the misles in my arm feel like they have no energy.
