    sps Crisps are my downfall too! I would quite happily eat a large bag, or multipack, to myself. I haven't had them for 19 days which is quite good going. I did sniff my son's bag of hula hoops on monday though :o I hope your Mum is on the mend now too x

    I did 10 days on level 1 before moving onto level 2. In each level there is an easy and hard option (2 different ladies to follow!) I followed the easy lady (!) for 5 days then copied the harder lady for the following 5. Back to the easy option on level 2 now!! If you feel ready to move levels...

    I love this DVD! I moved onto level 2 this morning. I do this 5 times a week, and although I've only been doing it for 2 weeks I already feel much better then before! I'd love to join the challenge too, keep me on track :)

    I have just started drinking green tea in the last week. I have 2 cups a day usually. I knew it was good for you but didn't know about all the points in your thread.     Might have to give extra dry martini and soda a go if it's only 2.5 syns! I would normally drink wine, then eat crisps/nuts, then more wine. Not missing alcohol as much as i thought I would, but I do have a few events coming up!!

    Can you have half the amount of milk and half the amount of cheese and count it as a HEX A? I'm still new to this and trying to do it right :confused:! I don't like milk but will have a small amount in porridge, and I can't stomach too much cheese. Thanks

    I always forget you can use olive oil as your HEX B, I always put it under syns!! I normally have bread or porridge as my HEX B.

    What do you use your syns for? EE

    My syns tend to be used on things like olive oil for cooking, olives, glass of wine, a couple of lovely thorntons chocolates!! Sometimes I struggle to eat up to 10 syns every day but I don't want to not have them either!
