i am putting on my weight again .starts of at .looseing 1/2 put on 1 .then loose again .stay the same .put on 2 .loose 1 1/2 .so i now have put back on a stone so what do i do .i am on sw.
I made mushroom patie .with frozen chicken livers .chopped bacon chopped mushrooms .garlic chopped .cook all .when cool blend in blender .I add 2tbs of fromarg frai .had that with ryvitas .and sliced tomatoe .on top .
you will do it .but you just have to wont to .if you give up now .try again .when you are more relaxed and wont todo it .i dont even think of it now even my huby has gave up now .its only been three months .but i never thought he would .x
i do keep doing diferent meals .and have even wrote it all down .told to do 10 syns a day did that and still only loss 1/2lb .think i will have to try red for a day or two .as i used to loose on that .but i do like ee .i have herd if you dont get anougth sleep .as i seem to only need 3hours...
i havent been on for a while .i nearly gave up .as just seem to go up and down .am now 16 st 8.1/2lb but can not seem to get to my 2st 7lb off .but i wont give up trying .hope you all have been doing well .lorna x

poor you .i hope you feel better soon .have you thought of a hobbie .that uses your hands like crosstich or knitting .so that you cant eat .as you are usung your hands so cant pick up crisp .it is alfull when you feel so down .i have a dsi game concel .to take my mind off food .and on the games...
morrisons have douwe egberts coffee 190g for just under 3pound i buy the coffee andthe caramel syrup 3pound and make my own a lot cheper they do the haselnut as well .think i got it in morrisons as well .lorna :coffee:

i put on 1lb today .but i know why .havent been well .so have had a lot of cougth medisine and sweets .maybe i should have layed of the sweets lol .so will get back on it again this week for sure .hope you all do well this week .xlorna
