    I started just doing 6 mins a bit quicker than normal walking. Now I'm up to doing 22 quite brisk so pleased with myself. Do it 6 days a week so I get a day off. Been doing it nearly 3 weeks and I can definitely feel the difference huffing and puffing wise! Lol
