Man on a mission

Well over winter I have gained over a stone and a half, whilst friends say I look ok I feel horrible.

I've done SnS before so here again, start on Monday so will track my progress....

Welcome back :)

I love your username! You probably know where mine comes from (a v unapologetic leftie lol!)

Well, 4 week simplicity plan ordered and paid for, looking forward to starting Monday.

My plan is: porridge or shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, meal pack and then a bar at supper.

Will post stays on Monday, eek!

This weekend will be my final gluttonous adventure, after uni today I'm cooking a lamb curry (and can't bloody wait)

Watch this space.....

Mmmmm lamb curry is awesome! I love it.. With rice or naan?
Good luck on ur start date!

Omg! Lol r u cooking that or ur wife? M impressed with the pakoras! M Pakistani yet even I can't make pakoras!! Or chapattis I might add.. It's asda ready made ones usually :p enjoy! Sounds good!

Hiya,

Simplicity is 4 packs (5 for men) + 200g Vegetables

Lifestyle is 3 packs (4 for men) + 200g Vegetables + 100g protein.

The only difference is the protein, your just swapping a pack for the protein.

Remember you can switch plans from day to day so you can start off on Simplicity and see how you feel then if you want protein just cut out a pack x

Ok so Day one starts:

I didn't start yesterday as it was my day off and I will find it harder to not eat real food when at home.

Today I'm on a late shift, just done my waist measurement (around naval) and measured at 43 inches, yuk!

Just about to have a curry pack with added chicken breast, and later today I'm taking two shakes and a bar to work with me.

Wish me luck fellow slim and savers.

You can have the chicken and salad but no pitta or sauce!! lol.

Stay strong, just think how much better you'll feel at Xmas with all that extra weight gone x
