Hi I have three stone to loose and on second day all going well so far but feeling really tired today tried dining loads of different diets fingers crossed I will stick to this one as feeling very down about my weight as I'm only 5ft any tips would be good my worse time is evenings when kids are in bed I've seen people on here doing the 5/7 plan is that when You have the four shakes mon to Friday then eat low cal at weekends ??
