Hello all!

I'm Vesta (or at least, I am on here ;-) ) I'm 28 and a married working mother of one. I'm from the UK.

I've just joined this website so have created this weightloss diary to document my progress and hopefully keep myself motivated. Although I have just joined the website I've been doing the Slimfast diet for about a month. I thought it would be nice to talk to other people going through the same thing.

I'll be weighing myself every Monday morning.

My stats
Height - 5ft 2.5"
Start weight - 12 stone (168 pounds)
Current weight (As of 7th January 2014) - 9 stone and 10 pounds (136 pounds)

Mini Goals -
Get BMI below 30 (11st 10lb) - Achieved 3rd June 2013!
Lose first stone (11st) - Achieved 30th July 2013!
Get half way towards my goal (10st 11lb) - Achieved 27th August 2013!
Lose second stone (10st) - Achieved 12th November 2013!

Main Goal -
Get BMI into healthy range (9st 8lb) by 29th October 2013

I have choosen the end of October for my main goal as my friends usually have a big party around that time for bonfire night. So I would like to look my best. Once I've reached that goal I will decide weather to maintain the weight or lose more depending on how I look and feel.

The night before my weekly weigh in and I screwed up.:mad: My husband picked me up from work and said we should get KFC. I said no but in the end I gave in. I hope I haven't screwed up all mt hard work this week. I guess I'll find out tomorrow morning.
 
We all have wobbles i have kfc i thinks its 700cals? So i dont have an evening snack and im still on plan. Its a box with one piece two wings and chips with sprite zero
 
Its horrible saying no just try and get an idea of where your going theres always something you an have ,indians quite good if you need takeaway, and you can have a mcdonalds McChicken sandwich and small
Chips is around 700 . Its obviously not good to have all the time ! But at least your not missy out or annoying hubby by saying no all the time !

Thanks. I was a little nervous about this week. As my husband's back home. He's been abroad due to work for a week. And he's been trying to get me to eat junk food ever since he got back. The week he was gone I lose 3 pounds, he gets back and a week later I've lost 1 and a half pounds. He's clearly a bad influence on me. lol.

Only a pound and a half to go until I've achieved my next mini goal, so that's going to be my aim for next week.
 
Yeah I was doing fine all week when bf is at work then his first day off it goes down the drain :(
