Well ive finally started slim fast today after standing on the scales and feeling sick at what my weight was, really hoping it will work for me, had my shake for breakfast with 2 tangarines for snack just about to have my second shake now so fingers crossed i will keep the willpower i have now till i reach my goal. Im trying to just stick with drinking shakes and eating fresh fruit inbetween and a low cal tea as i dont want to be spending a lot of money on slimfast products other than the shakes as anyone else done it this way?. I have about 4st to loose so hoping to have that done within the next 4-6mths x:D
 
Hi ya hun I only by the shake and have my snacks as fruit to and eat low cal tea :). It seems to work for me and have to say I don't feel hungry really. I'm now on my 4th week and have lost 11lb so far.

The thing I found if you get hungry in the evening after tea have some jellys made up in the fridge (no added sugar ones haha) and have one of them as there hit the spot hope that helps.

I'm sure you will do fine all the best hun I'm sure you will be happy at your first weigh in xxx

Welcome cass606! and good luck with slim fast! i do the same, usually i have two shakes, a low cal meal and two pieces of fruit and a packet of wotsits or quavers, i try to stay below the 300cal allowance for snacks. Seems to be working so far have lost 7.5lbs in 2 weeks :)

Gemst thats amazing that you've lost 11lbs in 4 weeks!!! well done.

i think im going to be getting some Jellies tonight! always fancy something sweet after dinner and seen as they are low cal i might as well, plus i love Jelly :) great tip xxx

im on the strawberry shakes at the moment gonna go out and get some more later with some jellys and quavers lol any shakes i need to avoid or are they all nice? Im just gonna go have my first shake of the day now as im feeling a bit hungry been so busy with the kids ive only just sat down with a brew and i wont eat anything without at least 10 brews down me lol x
 
I think everyone is diff with the shakes, personally i like them all lol But i was on lipotrim where u mix powder with water and thought they was ok, everyone else thought they was disgusting so maybe im a fan of powder drinks lol!

My fave is deffo banana, but i know the new caramel will be my next fave, cant wait to get it!!

Boots also have really nice crisp in for snacks, there called shapers. The onion ring ones are amazing and only 57 cals!! xx
 
thats where im off to boots so ill have a look around gonna get myself weighed with some proper scales as mine are rubbish think there really out by about half stone. I wanted to do lipotrim but to expensive at the moment and my fellor wasnt sure about it didnt like the sound of it, anyone would think its him doing the diet lol plus i think id find it hard having no food all day its a scary thought lol x
 
I get weighed at boots every week cause i dont find any scales reliable enough plus i become obsessed with weighing myself lol.

Yes lipotrim is expensive and very hard to do, but seing the weight come off makes u more determined not to eat. i did it for 8 weeks and lost 2 and a half stone, but soon as i started eating normal (very healthy stuff like salad) and i put it all back on plus a stone :(

So ive learnt extreme diets dont work for me!

Hi everyone glad you all like the jelly idea :). The sugar free jellys if you make them your self and like a change you could add sugar free lemonade so it make it have a little kick :) lol. Got to say tesco have some watermelon ones on offer at the mo and there yummy haha.

You all r doing so well keep it up. I have weigh in tomorrow so scared. I thought every know about the jellys haha. Xxx

i forgot to get my jelly ill have to call back to supermarket later. I did get some shakes at half price in boots so ive got strawberry, bannana and chocolate now did get weighed and im 5lb less than i thought so was feeling much better when i came out heres hoping for another 3lb at least next Monday x

Haha love the water melon have fun with the jelly lady's and I will let you no how tomorrow goes.

On no not forgot about it haha. Oh well get some when you remember I got some Carmel slim fast today will also let you no how that goes :). Thanks lady's xxx
