27 year old male 21stone the beginning of the end !!

​Hello there

my names peter and as you can see I'm 27 and a big lad,

21stones worth of big lad!

I'm 6'2 and have a waist size 44".

my biggest problem is I'm a yo-yo dieter on it lose it get down a couple of stone then fall off . Put it all back on .

My plan this time is not to fall off

im going to do the slim fast diet x2 shakes and a healthy meal in the evening,

iv just started going spinning and fallen in love with it so that along with the diet and will power I think we I can crack it in 2014


please help and support me on my journey

Good luck peter! Its a new start for me too from tomorrow, im doing tesco's version of slim fast, ultra slim, ive just gotta stop all the snacking and late night munching!!

Hello guys just wanted to check in iv been doing this now for a little over 3 weeks and I'm down 1 stone. Iv hurt my knee playing football so I'm not doing any spinning at the moment

But with eating healthy and drinking the shakes I hope to keep loosing
