Hi I am starting today and really need a big shake up. I am presently with SW but finding my portion control difficult, I need more structure and discipline so will do the shakes during the day and a calorie counted SW friendly meal on an evening.
I am weighing in at 20 stone this morning so I really need this new plan to work. I have ordered 6 tins of powder from ******* for £20 but will pop down to super drug in a minute just to get a starter tin, the online order will take a few days.
Oh well, here goes, I will post my loss next Monday. Xxxx
 
Great thanks. I am mixing my shake with half water and half skimmed milk to bring it down to 200 cals and also adding a frozen banana to my morning one. I am also having a mushroom omelette as one of my snacks using 1 egg, 1 egg white and 50g mushrooms =100 cals. My other food has been a Schwartz slow cooker meal with a cup of rice and a couple of 100 cal snacks like velvet crunch and Special K duos.
I feel in total control for the first in ages and have lost 4lbs in 2 days. No doubt that is mainly pee as often is when you start a new diet but a great result all the same.
My daily is 1300 cals.
 
I am over the moon with my new eating plan 6lb down now in 3 days. I can barely wait until Monday to see how much I have lost in my first week.
I have also found another way to make my shake even yummyer, I am adding a mini milk ice lolly for 25 cals and it is so creamy and delicious.

Hi how is it going? I've just started sf & have also just tipped the the scales at 20 St. How are u finding it? I have completed day 1 100% & loving it so far!
