SYNS IN ITSU SPECIAL SALMON SALAD or MISO SOUP

Dear all you fellow slimmers :)

During the week when i am at work i find it difficult to eat well at lunch as everything has hidden sauces etc. evern the salad thats you can get made in front of you can contain syns i dont realise i'm having.

The best thing I've found its itsu special salmon salads or miso soup. it consits of salmon, rice salad, ginger and some glass noodles. a long while ago I was told that this was 1.5 syns but i belive that was not including the dressin or the seeds. I'm eating this probably 3 days out of 5, does anybody know they correct syn values for it? I'd hate to carry on and realise i'm actaully doing more harm than good. Failing htat, thevalue of anything itsu (soups salads etc) would be so helpful as its not on syns online.

Hi there

I couldn't imagine this being very high either, as the rice is boiled, the salmon is poached and then its just a green salad. I try not to have the dressing and then would consider this to be 3 syns - at the very most, just in case! If someone could confirm, that would be great but i would be stunned if it was a high meal!

Sorry, this doesn't help you at all - I just been asking the same question for weeks! ;)
 
I have that once a week. Never count any syns for it lol the dressing is lime and coriander so the only syns would be the seeds and I always pick the one with the least so don't bother. Never had problems with weight loss eating it. I've had it for weeks as weeks now. I love it!!!!
