Extra Easy: How could I calculate syns in pizza?

DH convinced me (it didn't take much!) To have dominos last night. I am happy to just write the day off but I was wondering if there is a way to roughly calculate syns?

I had a large thin crist meteor with no cheese so I'm hoping it won't be as bad as some of the other ones. The SW app is useless for this.

You can actually find out the syns for Domino's Pizza from the 2014 Food Catalogue under the eating-out sections if you have it.

It costs £4.95 from Group and is pretty handy.

According to this catalogue, it is 12 syns per slice on all plans.

That would presumably be with cheese though? So probably slightly less than 12 per slice... (Still a lot likely!)

Yes that will be with cheese. But we don't know how much cheese Dominoes use on there pizzas and therefore how many of the 12 Syns per slice are "spent" on the chese. Safest option is to over-Syn and count the full 12 Syns per slice.
