Wildwood Restaurant

Can anyone help me and I am going out for a staff night out this Friday to Wildwood restaurant. I have checked the menu and think a lot of the choices will be high in syns due to creamy sauces and gratinated potatoes. My weigh in day is the following morning and I don't want to maintain or have a gain this week as I am so so close to my stone award :) The link to the menu is below and any input into syn values etc would be greatly appreciated.

So far I think the Prawns in Spicy Tomato sauce for starter and the Super Food Salad with the chicken or smoked mackerel for main are the best option if I use my HexA on the feta cheese and syn the avocado, sunflower seeds and possibly the smoked mackerel???

The seabass fillets sound lovely. No need to have the potatoes. When in restaurants follow these rules and you won't go far wrong:

1. Sauces/dressings on the side (so you can have a little bit to taste if you want)
2. Ask them to leave off anything you don't want to eat, but might not be able to resist if it turns up
3. You don't have to eat everything on your plate - despite what our mothers told us, it won't make any difference to starving children on the other side of the world!
4. Smile at the waiter/waitress and explain exactly what you want, firmly but very nicely

I would prefer to have something instead of the gratinated potatoes but they don't even do baby potatoes or jacket potatoes :(
