Indian tonight!! HELP!!

Hi Everyone,

I've been on (and off) slimming world a few times.. I'm currently 9 stone 13lbs 1/2 and joined last week

Everyone feels comfortable at different weights and for me at the moment i'm not my ideal size so please no negative comments.


I'm going out for a curry tonight and I've looked in my book but wanted to know the syn value for things like butter chicken and chicken pathia.. Even if these curries are TOO sinful i'd like to know so it makes me steer clear!!

I'm thinking of having a rogan josh but i'm usually a creamy korma/butter chicken sort of girl!

Was in same situation last week. Had a chicken and cashew but stir fry was yum. I looked up butter chicken online and it was 30syns!!!

I had a curry takeaway at the weekend and i had chicken dansak for aprox 6syns it lovely, with all the lentils in it was creamy texture. The big mistake was a popadom thinking it cant be that bad and it was 4syns was so annoyed!

Hi sophieeD1 prob be abit late now but it a chicken and lentil curry quite spicy but it nice with rice. I think it worth the syns.
