LisaKBs no cheating diary!!

After a week or 2 of following the slimming world plan from home and 'tweaking' - ok the proper term is cheating myself, Im going to hold myself accountable with a food diary.

Hopefully all written down it will also be my conscience and I wont cheat myself anymore. Food diary will be starting tomorrow as today was a lost cause from about lunchtime.

I started on 4th January weighing 12st 7.5lb and have gone down to 11st 12.5lb - how? I have no real idea as I have loosely followed the plan whilst kidding myself I am doing it properly. I know how to do it after having previously lost weight following mainly green days - so this is my way forward :)

Green Day

Breakfast - apple, not the best start but all I could face this morning.

Lunch - lemon and coriander couscous 2 syns

Tea - Homemade spaghetti bolognese with quorn mince, tinned tomatoes, peppers, garlic and wholewheat spaghetti

Snacks and drinks - Tea, water, diet coke, options hot chocolate 2 syns, banana, orange, doughnut (oops) 7 syns

Hex a SS milk

Total syns 11 syns

Hopefully I won't need to come onto my diary to add more food to it, I just have the orange left to munch through later!

Hi there - ooh marvellous willpower you have not to jump on the scales. Are you not tempted just to see?

Yes Im sticking to the green book as I love pasta, rice, potatoes and couscous. I do eat meat but would rather a small amount with my roast and lots of mash rather than the other way around, I could eat chilli and spag bol til it comes out of my ears but Im quite happy to use quorn mince and have a decent amount of pasta/rice :)

Do you have much to lose?

Well so much for keeping a diary not to cheat :-( the past 5 days I have been completely off the wagon. Carvery, home cooked (by someone else) food, spa day followed by take out, valentines day breakfast on bed and a wedding day and night do although I only had 2 bottles of smirnoff ice alcohol wise, my food choices have been horrific.

Too ashamed to even get on the scales so my obsession with daily weighing has gone. Back on it 100% from tomorrow starting with a weigh in - gulp!!
