The glitter diaries!

Ok so I started back yesterday & am going to use this as my food diary :)

Yesterday went as follows -

Breakfast - Magic Porridqe (B) with raspberries
snack - quavers (5.5syns?)
Snack - Grapes
Lunch - Left over Tuna Pasta bake which had mozerella on the top so that was my A
Dinner - Chicken & Prawn Jambayla which was FULL of super free & very yummy! All free.

Drank lots of water & may be my imagination but I do feel less bloaty already.

I also did 2 segments of a belly fat workout. Well, I did 1.5 segments really as I couldn't do most of the 2nd one!! lol

Left over Jamabaya from last night for dinner with a pot of Melon & Grapes.

No syns yet but saving those for naan bread!! lol

Dinner was yummy!!!
Chicken rubbed with Indian tikka mix cooked in the oven - free
Rice - free
Salad - super free!
Fat free yogurt &!cucumber dip - free
1 x poppadum (36 calories so 2 syns?)
Half a naan bread. The pack said 374 for a whole one so 187. Using 20 cals = 1 syn rule I'm allowing 9 syns but it was worth it!!!
So today's syns = 10.

Lunch today consisted of the left over chicken from last night with salad and yogurt/cucumber dip as a dressing.
Strawberries
Celery and yogurt and cucumber dip.

I have also helped a colleague eat a packet of fruit Mentos which was not really planned :-( going to take me over my syns but hey ho.

What is the secret to a good food diary?? All in one go or as you eat?
Pictures? Recipes?
