About time I started a food diary here!

Not sure how today will pan out but this is what I know for sure and am planning!

HE a Semi Skimmed milk in tea and coffee
HEb one slice whole meal bread from a 800g loaf

apple
baked beans
extra lean mince
passata
onions
garlic
basil
