So lost 2 stone back in 2012 for my wedding but since having my little girl in September it's crept back on again....so now my princess is 16 weeks old I feel ready to attempt to cook properly again!

Going to be harder this time around being at home all the time but I've got a slinky dress I'm determined to fit in by 4th April! It's hanging on my bedroom door as motivation so here goes!

I follow green days only & my syn knowledge is a little rusty so please feel free to correct me!

I will be keeping my syns low for the first few weeks whilst my tummy adjusts.

My starting weight today is 13st 5 1/2lb.

Monday:

Breakfast - muller light Greek & satsuma (1/2 syn)

Lunch - broccoli pasta'n'sauce (1/2 syn), sweetcorn, milk (1/2 hexa), cheese (1/2 hexa)

Dinner - smoked haddock (hexb x2), cous cous, broccoli, sweetcorn, salad cream (1 syn)

Snacks - satsuma, pear, cucumber, carrot sticks.

Thank you! It was my wedding dress before so I was very strict but already starving today :-(

Hubby should be home in an hour so can eat then, just have to distract myself playing peekaboo with my daughter until then lol

Oh my days my tummy was rumbling a treat last night, think it was the first day in about a year I didn't have chocolate! Also had a wicked headache from sugar/caffeine withdrawal :-(

Oh well onwards & upwards!

Tuesday:

Breakfast - muller light greek (1/2 syn) & pear

Lunch - Pasta with tomato purée, sweetcorn & cheese (1/2 hexb)

Dinner - tuna steak (hexb), left over pasta from lunch (1/2 hexb cheese)

Snacks - carrot sticks, pear, options (2 syns & hexa milk), red grapes.

Aww bless you! Dave gave up coffee just before Christmas and had terrible headaches for a couple of days. It's crazy how something can do that to your body. Hope you feel better soon xx

I was starving by lunch so ended up having a massive bowl of pasta but mug shots are great! Not all are free and you'd need to add some extra veggies if doing an EE day but yummy.

Just tucking in to my options, forgotten how yummy they are especially with the milk frothed with my little whisk :)

I had a whole bunch of them as my secret Santa gift at work, they know me so well lol. They do a new one with mini chocolates & marshmallows to put in, only 5 syns so worth a treat one day I reckon

Hmmm I don't really follow a recipe as such, I use aborio rice, chicken stock & garlic, add the stock to the rice slowly until its cooked, I just keep tasting it as I go.

I then chuck in hexa cubes of cheese or laughing cow triangles or philli etc.

I add sweetcorn to mine & sometimes sweated off red onion, it adds a nice crunch!

Sorry I can't be more specific, I just tend to make it up as I go each time lol

Saturday:

B - pear

L - jacket potato, spaghetti hoops & hexa cheese

D - Chinese shredded pork (hexb), whole meal roll (hexb), potatoes topped with onion & hexa cheese. I was at a birthday party so also had a few little naughty treats...no more than 10 syns worth so will leave it at that!
