For the first time in my 18 months as a SW online member, I've decided not to renew my membership because other things need paying off as priority. I have had a look at joining a group, but I'm so close to target that I think I can manage the last bit by myself, so this food diary serves the purpose that the online one used to.

Thursday 9th January 2014:

B - 35g porridge oats (HEB) with Koko coconut milk from allowance (part HEA) and 4 tsps Agave nectar (2 syns)
S - 1 banana
L - 60g wholemeal roll (HEB), Tesco EV tomato and onion pasta in sauce (free) with roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, salt and vinegar velvet crunch (4 syns) and Alpro soya yogurt (2 syns)
S - 1 banana
D - Orzo pasta bake (2 syns) with baby potatoes and 14g vitalite (4 syns), plenty of various veggies (prob broccoli, sprouts, mixed veg etc)
Drink: 200ml Koko chocolate coconut milk (HEA)

Total syns: 14

Friday 10th January 2014:

L - 60g wholemeal roll (HEB), 5 minute chilli (1/2 can mixed beans in tomato sauce, soya mince, passata, tomato puree and chilli powder - all free) with rice, pickled red cabbage and Alpro soya yogurt (2 syns)
D - 2 LM sausages (4 syns) with mashed potato (made with 14g vitalite - 4 syns), plenty of veg and 2 tsps onion gravy granules to make onion gravy (2 syns)
Drink: 200ml Koko chocolate coconut milk (HEA)

Saturday 11th January 2014:

Brunch - Soya steak (free) with Tesco EV tomato and onion pasta in sauce (free) and peas with a WW pitta bread (HEB)
Snack - 1 banana
Dinner - Bean burger in a wholemeal roll (5.5 syns and HEB), 200g McCain rustic oven chips (3 syns), baked beans and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup (2 syns)
Milk in cuppas - part HEA, 200ml Koko coconut milk (HEA)
Snack - Salt and vinegar Velvet Crunch (4 syns)

Total syns: 14.5

Tuesday 14th January 2014:

Weighed in for the first time this morning since I last weighed in on SW (end of Nov/beginning of Dec which is when I started eating all the Xmas foods) and have gained 4.5lbs in that time, but isn't a true reflection of what being back on plan in the last week has done for me.

Todays weight: 10st 0.5lbs

Meal out is the same as last Friday but I think I under-estimated the syns, it's so hard to estimate sometimes.

Have been on a course in mindfulness today and had to contribute a small selection for lunch so went with free pasta in sauce and golden veg savoury rice and that meant I stuck to plan.
