I think the idea of 'no more excuses' is something that a lot of us can relate to, there are always reasons to put starting a diet off, some of my personal favourites are, it's best to start on the 1st of the month, I've got a event coming up so I will start after that, and the oldest one, I messed up today so will start afresh tomorrow (which doesn't always happen)
So here I am, no more excuses, I need to focus on eating healthy and getting myself healthier and happier.
Have a holiday in May, two weeks in Florida and so any weight i can shift before then will be very welcomed.
A little more about me is that I currently weigh in at 17st 11lbs and have tried every diet known to man (at least it feels that way)
Have been reading through other peoples diaries and they are so inspirational and so am going to have a go at it myself. It takes 2 mins to write down what I have eaten so definitely can't be making any more excuses about not getting on and doing these things!
