Thought I would join in and post my food diary...if nothing else it's a good way of keeping track :) I joined slimming world last week, so I'm going to post up to today in this message and then carry on from there. I'm also subscribing to a couple of others food diary's for some inspiration!

Late Breakfast/Early Lunch - Veggy sausage (1.5 syns), baked beans, egg, mushrooms with 2 slices wholemeal toast (HexB)

Tea - Chicken stir fry with oyster and spring onion sauce (6 syns)

Snacks - Grapes

Late Lunch/Early Tea - Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne (Brewers Fayre) (11 syns?) and salad

Snacks - Apple

Lunch - Scrambled egg and wholemeal toast (4 syns)

Tea - Gammon, new potatoes, carrots and cabbage

Lunch - Beans on wholemeal toast (4 syns)

Tea - Quorn chilli (2.5 syns for the mix)and rice

Snacks - Apple, Orange, Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Wednesday 5th

Breakfast -2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with a banana

Lunch -Gammon & Turkey carvery lunch, carrots, cabbage, Yorkshire pudding (2.5 syns) and the tiniest roast potatoes I could find as they had no new potatoes on! (2.5 syns)

Tea - Lemon & Pepper Salmon (4 syns), new potatoes, carrots and broccoli

Snacks -Orange
 
Hi Lucy, Here's hoping that Slimming World will suit you better as I see you have already tried Rosemary C's diet. Looks like you've got to grips with it anyway.. personally I find it hard to understand but then I'm quite happy doing low carbs anyway.

Yes I did RC last year and actually lost half a stone with it....the exercise class after weigh in was a real winner for me. Sadly the lady cancelled the classes and I thought I could go it alone....but ended up getting back into bad habits and putting the weight on again!! So I knew I needed to attend a group again, I chose SW due to the fact, like RC, it is fairly simple to follow without too much counting! if I have to start counting everything, like with WW, I soon get bored/lazy and begin to cheat!!

Tea – Beef, new potatoes and carrots

Pudding – Mixed summer fruits with sugar free jelly (1.5 syns)

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with a banana

Lunch – Ainsley Harriot roasted veg couscous (2.5 syns)

Tea – Skipped, feeling poorly

Snacks – Costa skinny latte (5 syns), French fries crisp (4 syns)
 
Tues 11th

Breakfast – 2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with a banana
Lunch – Mug shot chicken pasta
Tea – Chicken stir fry with oyster & sping onion sauce (3 syns)
Snacks – Orange, Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Wed 12th

Breakfast – 2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with a banana
Lunch – Three bean chilli and rice
Tea – 2 LM veggy sausages (4 syns), egg, 2 bacon, wholemeal toast (3 syns)
Snacks – Orange
 
Thurs 13th

Breakfast – Banana and a FF greek yoghurt
Lunch – 2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with a banana
Tea – Tuna & sweetcorn pasta salad (2 syns light mayo)
Snacks – orange, apple, 2 packets of French Fries (ooops - 4 syns each)
 
Here's my last few days, I've not been very good with having my Hex's and proper meals. I do fine during the week and then it all goes to pot at weekends. At least my syns are all okay!!

Fri 14th

Breakfast – 2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA) with a banana
Lunch – Tuna & sweetcorn pasta salad (2 syns light mayo)
Tea – Chicken casserole and rice (2 syns casserole mix)
Snacks – Banana, FF Greek yoghurt, orange, french fries crisp (4 syns)

Sat 15th

Breakfast - Banana
Lunch – Grilled chicken salad (2 syns for balsamic dressing)
Tea – Mixed vegetables in oyster sauce (4 syns) with rice


Sun 16th

Breakfast – Banana and 2 babybels (HexA)
Lunch – Mug shot pasta and an orange
Tea – Pasta Bolognese (4 syns Dolmio Light)
Snacks – Orange, 1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)

Wed 19th

Breakfast – 1 Alpen light (HexB) & 2 Babybels (Hex A)
Lunch – Chicken, new potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower
Tea – Jacket potato with tuna and salad (4syns for mayo)
Snacks – Orange, Curly Wurly (6 syns)
 
Are you managing to lose any more weight Lucy?
It's difficult to know how to support you when there is no info on how things are going... not that I want to intrude if you prefer to be a more private person but interested to find out how things are for you.

:) I lost 1lb the first week, 2.5lbs last week and 1lb this week...so it's going really well and happy with my progress.
 
Thurs 20th

Breakfast – 2 Alpen light (HexB) & 2 Babybels (HexA)
Lunch – Mugshot Pasta and banana
Tea – Tuna & sweetcorn deli filler (6 syns…making my own next time!) with lettuce and new potatoes
Snacks – FF Greek Yoghurt, orange x 2, KitKat (5.5 syns)

Fri 21st

Breakfast – Oats so simple multigrain fruit muesli (HexB) & milk (HexA) and a banana
Lunch – Leek & Potato homemade soup
Tea – Mixed vegetables in oyster sauce (4 syns) with rice
Snacks – Orange x2 and Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Sat 22nd

Breakfast – 2 alpen lights (HexB) and 2 babybels (HexA)
Lunch – Ham salad wholemeal barm (7.5 syns)
Tea – Salmon, new potatoes and carrots
Snacks – Kitkat (5.5syns) Banana

Sun 23rd

Breakfast – Banana
Lunch – Ham Salad wholemeal barm (HexB)
Tea – Roast beef, new potatoes and carrots
Dessert – Mixed berries and FF greek yoghurt
Snacks – 1x Strawberry yoghurt go ahead break (3.5 syns), orange
