My Mad Fat Food Diary

Hi All,

This is long time coming, need to set up a new food diary to try and keep me on track.

I would also love some feedback from you lovely people, if I happen to get something wrong as I am still new to Slimming World.

Not really on track this week just yet as I have yet to do my food shopping. Trying to be as good as I can with what I have !!!

Breakfast
HEXB - porridge
HEXA - semi skimmed milk
Banana

Snack
Orange

Aghhhhhhhh went on a mad one last night after being so good all day but I am going to blame the other half .....

He comes home from work with a caramel sundae and Apple pie from McDonald's .... Damn my love of ice cream!!!

Gonna try be extra good today :rolleyes:

I dont know what happened to me over the past couple of days.

I seem to have lost all control of myself, not able to say NO to anyone or anything.

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

I have said it once and I'll say it again until maybe it sticks in my head .... back on TRACK tomorrow :thumbup::)

Just made some super speedy tomato soup for lunch in work and have my porridge all ready to go.

Hi all,

I feel so determined this time!!!

There is a work colleague that keeps making sly remarks at me regarding my weight and I would normally just get upset and eat but not anymore. I am so determined this time to do it for me, not for anyone else.

I wanna show myself that you can do it once you set your mind to it.

That's awful,some people are so immature.I know what it feels like to be the butt of peoples jokes,I remember it well.But believe me after losing 8st ,they are the ones that look stupid now :).Use their immaturity to spur you on hun.You can do it x

Thanks honeybee40 and well done on your great loss. I had previously lost 4st before having my baby but put it all back on when I was pregnant. Finding it hard to shift it now, even 2 years after having him but I think I am in the right zone at the min.
 
Hi All,

Well I had a sneaky weigh in and i'm down 3lbs since Monday :eek: Now I know that could all change by Monday but I'm happy for now.

Another reason to be joyus today apart from the lovely sunny morning here is that I am booking my first family holiday :party0011:

So more motivation to get into shape for my holiday :D
