Hi im returning to slimming world tomorrow. I thought if I was to keep a diary it would keep me on track.You'll notice straight away that I dont eat a huge amount of fruit, this is because it irritates my ibs.I also find on the days that my M.E is at its worse I am continually hungry :-( I will start my diary tomorrow :)

So I woke this morning with horrible headache so drinking lots of water, it seems to be working..

Looks ok to me. Thats why its called free food. I dont eat much in the way of fruit either and thats free but dont like fruit much plus it raises my blood sugars so like you tend to eat more veg. When I went to a class not long ago the consultant told me not to worry about the fruit and veg. She has had members get to goal and stay at goal by not eating any at all!
 
Wow really? Sounds too good to be true.im quite good with eating veg but find too much fruit affects my ibs.
 
Hi hon, just wanted to pop in and say hello as I see you're a fellow ME sufferer. I also read on your WW diary that you have gallstones, so that's something else we have in common - at least until last October when they whipped my gallbladder out, lol. Very well done on your fantastic loss, and good luck with what's left of your weight loss journey. :) xx

Hey, gallstones are awful, ive had 4 children naturally and that didnt hurt as much lol . Unfortunately I wont be having mine out anytime soon because of my thyroid disease, surgeon has told me my stones are huge and so open surgery is the only option so I have to wait until it becomes unbearable.As long as I stick to a low fat diet im not too bad.hope you are having as good as day as is possible with m.e :)

Sorry to hear you can't have your GB out yet - it's made a huge improvement to my health, so I hope you can get it done eventually.

I'm not having a bad day, thanks. I've had ME for 25 years now, so am well used to the ups and downs of life with it, lol. My other big problem now is osteoarthritis in both knees, which keeps me largely immobilised, but at least I have a desk job. The joys of being an old crock! :) xx
 
Well as everyone in my house forgot mother's day I dont need to worry about chocolates and meals out....not sure what to eat today so will be back later
