Right, my DS is 8 months old so it's about time I sorted myself out!

Start weight: 11st 5lb
Target weight: 9st 7lb

Lets do this!

29/4/14
B - 2 weetabix (HEXB) and 1 chopped banana
L - Cantalope melon, large banana, chicken breast strips
D - Roast pork (10 syns for the fat maybe?) rice and mixed veg
S - Aero 99 calorie bar (5)
Skimmed milk in cups of tea for HEXA

B - 28g of fruit and fibre (B), skimmed milk (A) and a chopped banana
L - Crunchy salad, chicken breast and salad cream (3). Strawberries. Melon.
D - Chicken breast, new potatoes, brussel sprouts and ketchup (1).
S - Aero 99 calorie bar (5)

L - McCains jacket potato (1), mushrooms, onions, salad cream (2.5). Banana. Bachelors pasta in sauce (0.5).
D - Chicken breast, brussel sprouts and tomato ketchup (1)
S - Hard boiled egg. Aero 99 calorie bar (5)

L - Batchelors tomato and basil high veg pasta. Grapes. Tesco sushi (2?).
D - EL mince, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, oxo cube, pasta.
S - Activia 0% peach yoghurt. Hard boiled egg. Cadburys marvellous creations (11).
