B: broccoli, banana and apple smoothie made in my bullet smoothie maker

L: cous cous, toms, tuna, broccoli

Snack: hi fi caramel and chic

D: whole wheat pasta, chick breast, tin toms and onion and green peppers

How does this look?
 
How about passata. Is it free if it has no olive oil in it? I plan on using it tonight! Thankyou for your help btw xxx
