Day one of my journey, slimming world plan mostly extra easy and 105 weekly points. Starting out weight 12st 13lbs ? to have a healthy BMI I need to drop 3 1/2 st! So here goes..

Breakfast
Grapes
Pineapple
Raspberries
ML banana & custard yog
Alpen light bar (B)
Coffee - black

Lunch
Salad (let, Tom, celery)
Salmon

Dinner
Ex lean mince bolognese
Pasta
Cheddar cheese (HeA)
Alpen light bar (B)
 
Some photos to keep myself motivated...firstly one that was taken last week and I could have cried when I seen it :(

Oh and I also had the same problem I lost 3 stone and was 10 stone I never appriciated it and like you thought I was fat... I once brought a size 8 dress!!!
